Sandy Rabara has over 20 years’ experience as one of the highly recommend loan processors on the Central Coast. Since 2002, Sandy has played a key role in loan processing for multiple award-winning Brokers and Loan Officers and has successfully funded heaps of loans with satisfaction to both clients and loan officers.
With a special focus in loan processing, training and company promotions, Sandy has the ability to process a mortgage from start to finish. She initiates, processes, and completes mortgage loans for residential lending, coordinates and fulfills management at Broker/ Loan Officer requests and schedules and meets customer’s expectations with respect to service and proficiency.
Sandy has a deep understanding for processing Conventional, FHA and VA USDA and Reverse Mortgage loans for Loan Officers Wholesale and Retail. She has a skill for prequalifying clients and processing their mortgage loan for accurate timely closings.
She is an incredibly motivated individual with great communication skills, a strong work-ethic, and the ability to think quickly and efficiently. Sandy is a mother of four, grandmother to one, and a lover of country music. She resides in Orcutt, California with her husband and chocolate lab.
