Once your application is reviewed, your Mortgage Analyst will help guide you through the  appropriate path below:

PURCHASE REFINANCE
Send pre-approval package out to you and your agent. We assist you to finalize and lock your interest rate and loan program.
Customize pre-approval letters as needed for each property that you write an offer on.
Your loan is then moved into our Processing Department where you will be greeted with a warm congratulatory email and:

  • An appraisal is ordered, received and cleared.

  • Your Loan processor will work with you to secure formal approval and clear any additional needed documentation.

  • Order your final loan closing documents.
Make personal calls to the seller’s agent on your behalf to assure them that you are well qualified for the purchase and that Hillhurst can deliver on the contract deadlines. You will sign your closing documents with a Notary Public
Once your offer is accepted, we assist you to finalize and lock your interest rate and loan program.
Your loan is then moved into our Processing Department where you will be greeted with a warm congratulatory email and:

Your loan will fund and close, and then your refinance is complete!
