A+ group of individuals. All super professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and passionate. I work in the film industry with many lines of revenue – but to a lender this was not something they wanted to see. Hillhurst knew it could be an uphill battle getting our mortgage secured – they were diligent and determined. I always felt supported and encouraged by them throughout this arduous, drawn out process. Eventually we prevailed with a new mortgage in hand – and the even though the process dragged on for months (no fault of Hillhurst), we were able to keep the rate locked in before the fed rate started spiking. I’ve done two mortgages with Hillhurst – a conventional + HELOC and more recently a Jumbo. These guys are so good. So diligent and hardworking. You truly need not look anywhere else.
